Roman Lokhov Joins RTS Board

Roman Lokhov, Managing Director of OTKRITIE Investment Bank (JSC), has joined the Board of Directors of Russian Trading System Stock Exchange.

The decision was adopted at an annual general meeting of the stock exchange's participants on June 25. The RTS Board consists of 17 representatives from leading investment companies and banks.

Mr. Lokhov is in charge of global brokerage services at OTKRITIE Financial Corporation Ltd. and acts as CEO of Otkritie Securities Limited. Mr. Lokhov graduated from the Novosibirsk State University and holds a Ph.D. in Economics from Carl von Ossietzky University of Oldenburg. Prior to joining OTKRITIE Financial Corporation, Mr. Lokhov served as Managing Director of GL Trade AG's Moscow Branch in Russia from 2005 to 2007 and was responsible for the Company's day-to-day management and business development in Eastern Europe across all product lines.
